Surgical resection treatment choice for Case Presentations: A 14 years old male adolescent was to our pediatric emergency department fatigue, dizziness, fever, vomiting, tachycardia. He had melena 5 days before admission. Crystalloids, pantoprazole, packed red blood cells were administered stabilize patient. As initial resuscitation measures stabilized patient, endoscopic gastroduodenoscopy performed, vascular lesion measuring 60×70 mm noted second part duodenum. scan abdomen intravenous oral contrast showed cystic components 75×52 between head gallbladder origination from pancreas. patient underwent Whipple surgery. diagnosis pathologic evaluation tumor Conclusions: Most tumors present pain, rare presentation not mentioned previous case reports.
